Home Is Where, in Chicago 2021 [a poem]

'I Became Birds' helped get me through this last year. It's a cathartic yawp in the face of devolving times; it's a neighbor in these diasporic thoughts. This visual poem is a love letter to the irascible quartet (Home is Where); it's the child of a humble Instagram DM on the morning of their Chicago show: "Hey. Can I film y'all for a comp?" To new friends.
